Zangan

Job: Martial Arts Teacher Bio: Zangan is the man who taught Tifa how to fight. At one time, he had 128 students around the world, but Tifa was his best. When Sephiroth came to Nibelheim, Zangan suspected that Shinra had sent him to cover something up, and he worried for the town. Failing to save anyone from the burning of Nibelheim, Zangan went to the reactor to kill Sephiroth, but instead found a wounded Tifa. He carried her out just as the Shinra were arriving, thus sparing her from Hojo's experiments. He took her to Midgar, where he left her in the care of a doctor and went on his way. He returned to Nibelheim some years later to leave a message for Tifa, but nothing else has been seen of him since. From the letter, it seems he's getting on in years.
