Rufus is President Shinra's son, and has been stationed in Junon for a long time. Rumor has it that he's even more cold-hearted than his father, and when assuming control of Shinra, Inc., he does indeed do things differently. Rather than using money to rule the world, he aims to control it with fear. He's hard on his subordinates and could care less about his father, but likes to make speeches just as much.
