Priscilla

Residence: Lower Junon Bio: Priscilla is a little girl, apparently an orphan, who lives in Lower Junon. Her grandparents raised her on the story that the Shinra polluted the once-beautiful waters of Junon by building the upper city, and consequently she hates Shinra with a passion. She's quick to judge, but also quick to lend her aid to those opposing Shinra. She has a sort of pet dolphin, creatively named Mr. Dolphin, whom she's trained to jump at the sound of a whistle. She develops a huge crush on Cloud for saving her from a sea monster, and she declares she'll marry him one day.
