Job: President of Shinra, Inc. Residence: Midgar Bio: The President of the strongest power on the Planet, Shinra, Inc. Responsible for many of his company's actions prior to the game, he is admired by some and hated by others. Rich as he is, he uses money to rule Midgar and its surrounding territories, oppressing those in the slums and using rebel factions, real or illusory, as scapegoats for his mistakes. He has a son, Rufus, but theirs is a distant relationship. He likes to make speeches.
