Godo

Job: Lord of Wutai Residence: Wutai Bio: Godo is the ruler of Wutai and Yuffie's father, though their relationship is so poor that he won't even admit to knowing her. Since losing the war against Shinra, Godo seems to have lost his will to do anything but sleep. Rather than rebuild it, he's let Wutai become little more than a resort town for foreigners. He doesn't like the Shinra, but feels that it's in Wutai's best interest not to draw attention by standing up to them.
